Unipos LTD carries out its activities in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons in connection with the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.

Art. 1. Unipos LTD collects, processes and stores your personal data on the grounds listed in Art. 6, para. 1, Regulation (EU) 2016/679, and more specifically based on the following:
– Specific, informed, free and express consent given by you;
– Fulfilling the obligations of Unipos LTD under the contract with you;
– Compliance with an obligation arising for Unipos LTD by virtue of a regulatory act. For example, providing information necessary for the activities of the National Revenue Agency or the Ministry of the Interior;
– Performance of a task of public interest;
– To protect the legitimate interests of Unipos LTD or third parties. For example, to establish the validity of warranty service or to resolve disputes that have arisen.

Art. 2. Goals and principles for the collection, processing and storage of your personal data by Unipos LTD.

1) Unipos LTD collects and processes the personal data that you provide to it, for the purposes of fulfilling its contractual obligations to you, also for:

– Accounting;
– Preparation of statistics;
– Protection of information security;
– Resolution of arising legal disputes;
– Provision of an information bulletin;
– Provision of information to credit institutions when applying for credit.

2) Unipos LTD processes your personal data according to:
– Good commercial practices and applicable regulations of the Republic of Bulgaria and the European Union;
– The achievement of a clearly and precisely defined range of goals;
– The minimum of data collection and processing necessary to achieve the above objectives;
– The technological time necessary to achieve the above goals;
– The principle of accuracy and timeliness of data;
– The need for completeness and confidentiality of processing and guaranteeing an appropriate level of security of personal data;

Art. 3. Types of data that Unipos LTD collects, processes and stores and the procedures for this:

1) Collection and processing procedures:
– Creating a profile in the electronic store – enables the identification of the client before Unipos LTD, in connection with the provision of various services, including the exercise of rights related to his personal data;
– Processing payment for a product/service and accounting – the purpose of this operation is to provide an opportunity to make a payment and keep accounting;
– Order processing – the purpose of this operation is order acceptance, specification of transaction parameters between Unipos LTD and you, and delivery. Orders are placed through the websites, e-mail or contact numbers of Unipos LTD;
– Processing of requests for transport – Unipos LTD collects data on such requests, only for the purpose of forwarding them to the relevant credit institution, the same are not stored in databases of Unipos LTD;
2) Types of processed data:
– Your individualizing data: Name, Address, E-mail and IP address – so that you can be identified as a party to a contract with Unipos LTD and that what is owed to you is fulfilled;
– Payment related information – for payment and accounting purposes;

3) Unipos LTD does not collect, or process personal data related to the following:
– Reveal racial or ethnic origin.
– Reveal political, religious or philosophical beliefs, or membership in trade unions;
– Genetic and biometric data, health data or data about sex life or sexual orientation.

4) Unipos LTD does not use automated processing, including profiling of collected personal data.

Art. 4. Period of storage of your personal data.

1) Unipos LTD stores your personal data for 14 days after receiving the goods. After the expiry of this period, Unipos LTD, in its capacity as an administrator, takes the necessary care to delete and destroy all your personal data, without unnecessary delay.

2) Unipos LTD notifies you in the event that an extension of the data storage period is necessary, in order to fulfill the contract with you, fulfill legal obligations or protect the legitimate interests of Unipos LTD.

Art. 5. Hypotheses in which Unipos LTD transmits your personal data to third parties.

1) Need for transport services – in such a case, Unipos LTD provides the courier and/or forwarding company engaged in the delivery of the goods ordered by you, the data necessary for timely and adequate delivery. In such a case, the supplier is processing personal data in relation to the administrator Unipos LTD.

2) A regulatory act obliges Unipos LTD to hand over personal data (most often in cooperation with duly authorized state authorities).

3) The specified group of persons to whom Unipos LTD provides your personal data in certain cases, comply with all requirements for legality and security in the processing and storage of personal data.

Art. 6. Your rights in the collection, processing and storage of your personal data.

1) Right of access
– You have the right to request and receive from Unipos LTD confirmation as to whether personal data related to you is being processed;
– You have the right to access all information related to the collection, processing or storage of your personal data by Unipos LTD, including the data itself;
– Upon request, Unipos LTD provides you with the above information in electronic or other suitable form;
– Providing access to the data is free of charge, but Unipos LTD reserves the right to impose an administration fee in case of repeated or excessive requests.

2) Right to correction or completion. You have the right to ask Unipos LTD to:
– Corrects inaccuracies in personal data related to you;
– To fill in gaps in personal data related to you.

3) Right to erasure
a) You have the right to ask Unipos LTD to delete personal data related to you, and Unipos LTD has the obligation to delete them without undue delay, when any of the following grounds are present:
– Personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed;
– You have withdrawn your consent on which the data processing was based and there is no other legal basis for the processing;
– You object to the processing of your personal data, including for direct marketing purposes, and there are no overriding legal grounds for the processing.
– Personal data has been processed unlawfully.
b) Unipos LTD is not obliged to delete the personal data if it stores and processes them:
– In order to comply with a legal obligation provided for in EU law or the law of the member state that applies to Unipos LTD or for the performance of a task of public interest;
– For the purpose of establishing, exercising or defending legal claims.

4) Right to object. You may object at any time to the processing of your personal data by Unipos LTD, including if it is processed for the purposes of profiling or direct marketing.

5) Right of portability. In the event that Unipos LTD processes your personal data based on your consent or due to necessity in the performance of a contract with you, you may request Unipos LTD to:
– provided you with your personal data in a readable format;
– Provide your personal data to another administrator if this is technically possible.

6) Exercising the rights related to the collection, processing and storage of personal data.

Art. 7. Obligations of Unipos LTD in the event of a breach of the security of your personal data.

1) If Unipos LTD detects a violation of the security of your personal data, which may create a high risk for your rights and freedoms, you will be notified without undue delay about the violation, as well as about the measures that have been taken or are about to be taken.

2) Unipos LTD is released from the obligation to notify you if:
– Adequate technical and organizational measures have been taken to protect the data affected by the security breach;
– Measures have subsequently been taken to ensure that the breach will not result in a high risk to your rights;
– Notification would require a disproportionate effort.
