I. SUBJECT
Art.1. These current general terms and conditions are intended to regulate the relations between UniPOS LTD., Pleven, 47 San Stefano Str., ID. Number 824150906, represented by ….. hereinafter referred to as SUPPLIER, and the customers, hereinafter referred to as USERS of the online shop www.unipos-bg.com, hereinafter referred to as ONLINE SHOP.

III. CHARACTERISTICS OF AN ONLINE SHOP
Art. 3. ONLINE SHOP is an Internet shop that is reachable through the website www.unipos-bg.com, through which the Users have the opportunity to conclude contracts for purchase, and delivery of the goods offered by the ONLINE SHOP, including the following:
- To register and create a profile to view the ONLINE SHOPand use the additional services to provide information
- To make electronic statements regardingthe conclusion or execution of contracts with the ONLINE SHOP through the interface of the website available on the Internet
- To conclude contracts for purchase and delivery of the goods, offered in the ONLINE SHOP
- To make any payments according to the concluded contracts with the ONLINE SHOP, perthe payment methods supported by the ONLINE SHOP
- To receive information about new goods offered by the ONLINE SHOP
- To go over the goods, their characteristics, prices and terms of delivery
- To be notified of the rights following the law mainly through the website interface of the ONLINE SHOP
Art. 4. The Supplier delivers the goods and guarantees the rights of the Users provided for by law, within the framework of good faith, accepted in practice, consumer or commercial law criteria and conditions.
Art. 5. (1) The Users conclude a contract for the purchase of the goods offered in the ONLINE SHOP after ordering goods through the Supplier’s interface available on its website at www.unipos-bg.com or another means of remote communication. The purchase takes place after receipt of the payment in the specified bank account of the Supplier.
(2) Users of the ONLINE SHOP can only be people who can make a valid and binding declaration of will and are over 18 years of age.
(3) In virtue of the contract concluded with the Users for the purchase of goods, the Supplier undertakes to deliver and transfer the property to the User after receiving payment and confirmation from the Supplier’s side.
(4) Users make a payment to the Supplier for the delivered goods according to the terms and conditions set out on the ONLINE SHOP and the current general terms and conditions. The remuneration is on the amount of the price announced by the Supplier on the website of the ONLINE SHOP.
(5) The Supplier delivers the goods requested by the Users within a period determined by the Supplier and agreed in advance, depending on the availability at the moment and according to the present general terms and conditions.
(6) The price for delivery is determined separately and explicitly from the price of the goods.
IV. USE OF ONLINE SHOP
Art. 6. (1) In order to use the ONLINE SHOP to purchase goods, the User should enter a name and password chosen by them for remote access, in case registration is required. It is possible for the user to use the ONLINE SHOP without registering, as a Guest. In both cases, authorization/confirmation is required after consideration on the request by the Supplier.
(2) The name and password for remote access are determined by the User through electronic registration on the website of the Supplier.
(3) By filling in his data and pressing the “Yes, I accept” and “Registration” buttons, the User declares that he is familiar with these general conditions, agrees with their content and undertakes to unconditionally comply with them.
(4) The Supplier confirms the User’s registration by sending a letter to the email address specified by the User with information on activating the registration.
(5) When registering the User undertakes to provide correct and up-to-date data. The User promptly updates the data in his registration in case of change.
(6) When registering the User should familiarize himself with UniPOS’ Personal Data Protection Policy and accept that his personal data will be processed under the conditions stated therein.
(7) In case that a profile in web social network or other networks is used for the User’s registration, the party to the contract is the person who is the holder of the profile used for registration in the relevant social or other network. In this case the Supplier has the right to access the necessary data to identify the User in the relevant social or other network.
V. TECHNICAL STEPS FOR EXECUTING A PURCHASE CONTRACT
Art. 7. (1) Users primarily use the interface on the Supplier’s website to purchase the goods offered by the Supplier in an ONLINE SHOP.
(2) Orders are processed every working day from 9.00 to 17.30 from Monday to Friday
(3) The User purchases goods offered by the Supplier at www.unipos-bg.com
(4) To carry out a purchase, the User uses the data provided during registration (if such is mandatory). In case that the registration of a user profile has not been created, the User undertakes to provide the name, surname, contact telephone number and delivery address of the goods purchased by them from the ONLINE SHOP www.unipos-bg.com.
(5) The Supplier undertakes to inform the User of all details, irregularities, unavailable goods, etc. electronically or by calling the phone number and/or contacting per e-mail provided by the User.
(6) The purchase is considered completed the moment the User goes through all the steps of shopping from the ONLINE SHOP www.unipos-bg.com. and receive confirmation from the Supplier that the payment for the purchase has been received.
(7) The Supplier sends information about the online purchase to the User’s email address.
(8) The Supplier delivers the goods to the address specified by the Users and is not responsible in case that the data specified by the Users is incorrect or misleading.
(9) The delivery of the goods is additionally organized according to an agreement between the parties and can be carried out either by the Supplier or by the User.
Art. 8. (1) Users conclude purchase with the Supplier according to the following procedure:
- Registration in the ONLINE SHOPand providing the necessary data if the User has not yet registered in the ONLINE SHOP
- Login to the ONLINE SHOPpurchasing system by identifying with name and password.
- Selecting one or more of the goods offered on the ONLINE SHOPand adding them to a list of goods for purchase
- Providing data for the delivery and noting who will organize the transport. If it is up to the Supplier, the Userwill be offered an amount for the transport costs.
- Choosing thepayment method for the goods and transport (if arranged by the Supplier).
- Confirmation of the order placed by the Supplier.
- Payment of the goods/and transport costsby the User after receiving confirmation from the Supplier.
- Confirmation of payment received by the Supplier.
- Arranging the delivery of the goods.
(2) Users have the opportunity to make a purchase from the ONLINE SHOP without the mandatory registration of a user profile. Shopping as a guest without registration on the Supplier’s website is done as follows:
- Visiting the Supplier’sonline shop at unipos-bg.com
- Selecting one or more of the goods offered on the ONLINE SHOPand adding them to the list of goods for purchase
- Providingdata – name of company/private individual, contact person, bulstat, telephone number, address, VAT number, e-mail, delivery and invoice address.
- Choosing the delivery method – offer for transport cost by the Supplieror organized by the User.
- Choosing the payment method for the goods and transport.
- Confirming the purchase.
- The Supplier confirms the purchase per e-mail/phone.
- Payment confirmation per the chosen method.
- The Supplier confirms that the payment is received by e-mail/phone.
- Arranging the delivery of the goods.
VI. SPECIFIC OBLIGATIONS OF THE SUPPLIER. CONSUMER PROTECTION
Art. 9. (1) The main characteristics of the goods offered by the Supplier are defined in the details of each product on the ONLINE SHOP website, in order to help make an informed choice when purchasing the product.
(2) The price of the goods, including all taxes, is determined by the Supplier in the details of each product on the ONLINE SHOP website.
(3) The value of postal and transport costs, not included in the price of the goods, is determined by the Supplier and provided as information to the Users as follows:
– Additionally per e-mail or phone call
(4) Payment method, delivery and contract execution terms are determined by the current terms and conditions, as well as per the information provided to the User in the Supplier’s website.
(5) The information provided to the Users under this Article is current at the time of its visualization on the ONLINE SHOP website of the Supplier before the conclusion of the sales contract and discrepancies between the announced and actual sizes, colors and design changes of the products and their packaging are allowed, for which the Supplier is not responsible, the published information on colors and sizes on the website should be interpreted as indicative.
(6) The supplier is not obliged to indicate the terms of delivery of the individual goods on the ONLINE SHOP website, but to assist in their settlement upon request.
(7) The supplier indicates the total value of the order for all the goods contained in it before finalizing the purchase.
Art. 10. (1) The User agrees that the Supplier has the right to accept advance payment for the contracts concluded with the User for the purchase of goods and their delivery.
(2) The User chooses independently whether to pay the Supplier the price for the delivery of the goods before the actual delivery or to arrange the delivery himself by informing the Supplier in advance of all the details related to the picking up and transportation of the goods.
Art. 11. (1) The user has the right, without owing compensation or a penalty and without giving a reason, to return the goods purchased from the ONLINE SHOP www.unipos-bg.com within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods, with transport costs being the responsibility of the Buyer (User).
(2) In case that the User exercises his right of refusal under para. 1, the Supplier is obliged to reimburse him in full the amount paid by the user no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which the Supplier received the returned goods. Transport costs are covered by the User, who notifies the Supplier in advance of the return.
(3) The User undertakes to store the goods received from the Supplier, their quality and safety during the period under para. 1. Otherwise, the Supplier has the right not to accept the return of the goods.
Art. 12. (1) The delivery period of the goods and the shipment date are determined for each product separately when concluding a purchase contract with the user through the website of the ONLINE SHOP of the Supplier, unless the goods are ordered in one delivery.
(2) If the Supplier cannot fulfill the delivery because he does not have the ordered goods on stock, he is obliged to notify the user and indicate a possible date of availability of the goods. In case that the user does not agree with the specified availability date, he has the option of choosing another product or refunding the amount paid by bank transfer
(3) In cases when the Supplier does not have the ordered goods on stock, he has the right to offer the user goods with similar characteristics, the same quality and price.
Art. 13. (1) The supplier hands over the goods to the user after confirming the fulfillment of the requirements and the circumstances under Art. 61 of the Consumer Protection Act.
(2) The Supplier delivers and hands over the goods to the User within the time limit specified in the purchase conditions.
(3) The User must inspect the goods at the time of delivery and handover by the Supplier and if it does not meet the requirements, notify the Supplier immediately.
VII. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
Art. 14. (1) The Supplier takes measures to protect the User’s personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and European legislation.
(2) For security reasons of the Users’ personal data, the Supplier will send the data only to the e-mail address that was specified by the Users at the time of registration.
(3) The Supplier accepts and announces on its website a Policy for the protection of personal data, available at the address www.unipos-bg.com and every user of the website should become familiar with it.
Art. 15. (1) At any time the Supplier has the right to require the User to identify himself and to certify the authenticity of each of the circumstances and personal data specified during registration.
(2) In case that for some reason the User has forgotten or lost their username and password, the Supplier has the right to apply the announced “Procedure for lost or forgotten usernames and passwords”, available at: www.unipos-bg.com/……………………./
VIII. AMENDMENT AND ACCESS TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Art. 16. (1) The current general terms and conditions may be amended by the Supplier, of which the latter will notify all registered Users in an appropriate manner.
(2) The Supplier and the User agree that any addition and amendment to these general terms and conditions will be effective against the User after the Supplier has expressly notified him and if the User does not state that he rejects them within the 14-day period granted to him.
(3) The User agrees that all statements of the Supplier regarding with the amendment of these general conditions will be sent to the e-mail address specified by the User during registration. The user agrees that e-mails sent pursuant to this article do not need to be signed with an electronic signature in order to be effective against him.
Art. 17. The supplier publishes these general conditions on the website www.unipos-bg.com together with all additions and amendments to them.
IX. OTHER TERMS
Art. 18. The current general conditions come into force for all Users of www.unipos-bg.com

Complaints and Replacement of goods
Online shop www.unipos-bg.com assures its customers that according to Art. 55, paragraph 1 of the Consumer Protection Law, they have the right to refuse or replace goods received by them within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods ONLY on the condition that the product is:
- in its original form and quality characteristics, with original packaging and label preserved. It is not considered as damaged the packaging, the integrity of which has been violated for the purpose of unpacking the goods.
- no signs of use (tear, scratch, break or other damage) and no other damage caused by improper use.
A request for the return of goods purchased from our shop must be submitted in writing in free format/text to the indicated email address for correspondence @email.com within a period of no longer than 14 calendar days from the date of purchase, the client’s personal bank account must be indicated, to which the paid amount by the client will be refunded.
Amounts for claims are refunded only by bank transfer after receipt of the returned product/item and after confirmation of the requested claim. It is not allowed to return money in cash, as well as to an account other than that of the payer.
The amount will be refunded within 14 calendar days from the date on which the returned goods were received by the Supplier after mandatory written notification by the User that he wishes to exercise his right to refuse the goods by sending a request for the return of goods.
The customer has the right to refuse the receipt of the goods requested for purchase by him under one of the following conditions:
Attention:
- When returning the product, it must be addressed to: the specified address inPleven FOR THE ONLINE SHOP, as return shipments with cash on delivery are NOT accepted!
- Transport costs for returning goods at the customer’s request are coveredby him only.
- Software products are not subject to exchange or return!
If any of the above conditions are not met, the claim (replacement) request will not be considered.
